Rules

1. The regulations apply to all persons staying in the area of ​​ [apartment]

2. The stay in [apartment] starts at 4:00 PM on the first day of booking and ends at 10:00 on the last day. In special cases, it is possible to set other times of arrival and departure of guests.

3. Villa and keys is handed over and returned in the presence of the staff, always on the premises.

4. Customers are obliged to check in immediately upon arrival. In order to confirm the identity - the Guest is required to present a photo ID. To speed up the check-in process, we encourage you to fill in guest details via the guest application. You will receive a link to the guest application at the time of booking. Refusal to fulfill the registration conditions is tantamount to canceling the reservation and keeping the fee by the Lessor.

5. The customer may not transfer WILLA to other persons, even if the period for which he has paid the due stay has not expired.

6. Visits by persons not registered in the [apartment] must be agreed with the owner in advance.

7. Arriving with your pet is possible by prior arrangement for an additional fee. In the case of large animals, the Guest may be asked to pay an additional deposit. The Guest is responsible for any damage caused by the animal.

8. Please note that the owners do not agree to rent the property for stag parties, hen parties and 18th birthday parties. We don't accept students' groups. The owner may refuse to continue providing services to people who violate the order and rules of the regulations while on the premises. In such situations, he or she may demand to leave it immediately, without reimbursement of the fee paid for the stay.

9. The owners of the facility are not responsible for valuables and money left in the facility, as well as for the loss or damage of a car or other vehicle belonging to the Guest.

10. For the safety and comfort of guests, smoking is not allowed in the apartment. Smokers can smoke outside the building or on the terrace. In the event of breaking the ban, the Guest may be charged with the costs of additional cleaning of the facility.

11. Change of bed linen and cleaning of the Villa takes place after the end of the [apartment] stay.It is possible to clean and change bed linen during the stay of guests, upon prior notification for an additional fee.

12. The guest bears full financial responsibility for any damage or destruction of objects, equipment and technical devices [apartment], caused by the fault of his or her visitors. In the event of any damage, the facility staff must be notified immediately.

13. Due to the instability of the aura and strong winds, please close the windows when you are away. In addition, we kindly ask you to carefully close the front door each time you leave the apartment and carefully store the keys without access to third parties. Losing the keys and the gate remote control will result in the Customer incurring costs of PLN 150.

14. In the case of using a terrace awning (acting as a sunscreen), please do not use it during rainfall or strong wind, as it may be damaged. Please also do not lose the remote control (the cost of losing it up to PLN 400)

15. In our facility you can use the sauna located in the basement. The cost of use depends on energy consumption and costs PLN 4 per 1 kWh of energy consumed. The fee is charged from the deposit or upon departure. We would like to remind you that you must shower before using the sauna and that you are not allowed to wear shoes. A dirty sauna may result in a PLN 200 charge for additional cleaning.

16. We expect guests to leave the facility initially tidy. Please wash the dishes in the dishwasher, throw away rubbish and leftover food. It is possible to order this service from the facility for an additional fee of PLN 250.

17. If during your stay you are dissatisfied with the quality of the service or for any other reason dependent on the apartment staff, please report it immediately so that we can resolve the issue.

18. Personal belongings left at the Villa by a departing Guest will be sent back to the indicated address at the Customer's expense. In the event of not receiving such an instruction, the items will be stored for a period of 1 month.

19. Parking is possible at the building. In the period from June 1 to August 31, due to fire regulations, guests may be asked to move their cars to the resort's parking lot.

20. Making a reservation is tantamount to accepting these regulations.
